The MASTERGAN4LTR is an advanced power system level package that integrates a gate driver and two enhanced GaN transistors in a half-bridge configuration. The integrated power GaN has an RDS(ON) of 225 mΩ and a drain-source blocking voltage of 650 V respectively, while the high level side of the embedded gate driver can be easily powered by an integrated bootstrap diode. UVLO protection prevents the power switch from operating in inefficient or hazardous conditions, and interlocking avoids cross-conduction conditions. An extended range of input pins allows easy connection to analogue controllers, microcontrollers and DSP units.
