The PWD5T60TR is a three-phase high-density power driver that integrates a gate driver and six N-channel power MOSFETs. PWD5T60TR is an excellent solution for motor drive applications such as fans, pumps and small household appliances.

The integrated power MOSFET has a 1.38 Ω RDS(on) and a 500 V blocking voltage. The highly integrated design of this device can efficiently drive the load and significantly reduce the package size, making the PWD5T60TR an excellent solution for space-constrained applications.

This device has dedicated input pins (corresponding to each output) and off pins. The logic input is compatible with CMOS/TTL (as low as 3.3V), facilitating connection with control devices. The delay matching between the low side and the high side ensures no cyclic distortion and supports high-frequency operation.
