The L99MH98 is an integrated eight-channel half-bridge pre-driver specifically designed for controlling up to 16 N-channel MOSFETs. It is suitable for DC motor control applications, such as automotive electric seat control, etc.

The L99MH98 device adopts a 24-bit serial peripheral interface (SPI), allowing for independent configuration and control of eight half-bridges or four H-bridges. The SPI status register provides advanced diagnostic information, including power supply voltage monitoring, charge pump voltage monitoring, temperature warnings, and over-temperature shutdown.
