The LD56020J180R ultra-low noise LDO is a high precision regulator providing 0.2 A. The LD56020 achieves stable operation with small ceramic capacitors on the inputs and outputs. The LD56020 has very low dropout voltage, low quiescent current, and short-circuit current foldback, making it suitable for use in low-power, battery-powered applications.
