The ST730M30R low dropout (LDO) regulator is a 300mA regulator designed for a variety of medium voltage applications. The ultra-low quiescent current is as low as 5µA, making it suitable for use in applications where the power supply/battery is permanently connected. This feature is useful when electronic modules are kept permanently on.The ST730 embeds various protection features such as current limiting, short circuit and thermal shutdown. It also features an extended input voltage range, very low dropout voltage, and low quiescent current, making it suitable for low-power aftermarket automotive and consumer applications.
