The ADP3635ARHZ is a dual-channel, 4A-gate driver capable of driving two independent n-channel power MOSFETs. The device uses industry standard dimensions but adds high-speed switching characteristics and higher system reliability. The ADP3635 built-in temperature sensor provides two levels of overtemperature protection: one is overtemperature warning, and the other is overtemperature shutdown when the junction temperature is extremely high.
