The HMC232ALP4E SPDT Non-reflective switch is a wideband, high-isolation GaAs MESFET SPDT switch that covers the DC 12GHz range. Devices are packaged in leadless QFN surface-mount plastic, providing >57dB isolation (up to 3GHz) and >45dB isolation (up to 12GHz). Input P1dB compression is typically +30dBm, while input IP3 is +48dBm. The HMC232ALP4E switch uses a -5/0V supplementary negative control voltage logic line to operate without bias power supply.
