The HMC596LP4E is a low-cost 4x2 switch matrix product in a leadless QFN 4x4 mm surface-mount package, suitable for satellite/DBS, LNB, and 200 MHz to 3000 MHz multiplex switches. The switch integrates a 4-bit decoder controlled by a positive voltage. The switch is suitable for 75 Ω or 50 Ω systems.

Both switch outputs (OP1 and OP2) can independently select any one of the four inputs (HH, HL, VH, VL) or simultaneously select the same input. Note that the switch is bidirectional, and the input/output functions can be interchanged. All data provided was measured in a 50 Ω (input/output) system.
