The AD5274BRMZ-100 is a single-channel, 256-bit digital variable resistor that integrates industry-leading variable resistor performance with non-volatile memory (NVM) in a compact package. Its technical features are as follows:

Nominal resistance: 20 kΩ, 50 kΩ, 100 kΩ

Nominal resistance tolerance error: ±1% (maximum value)

50-time programmable (50-TP) cursor memory

Temperature coefficient in rheostat mode: 5 ppm/°C

Single power supply ranging from 2.7V to 5.5V

Dual power supply: ± 2.5V to ± 2.75V (AC or bipolar working mode)

I2C compatible interface

The cursor sets the readback function

After power-on, the data is refreshed using a 50-TP memory

The cursor setting of AD5274BRMZ-100 can be controlled through an I2C-compatible digital interface. The resistance value can be adjusted an unlimited number of times before being programmed into the 50-TP memory. The AD5274BRMZ-100 device does not require any external voltage source to help blow the fuse and offers 50 programming opportunities. During the 50-TP activation period, a fuse break command will fix the cursor position (similar to applying epoxy resin to a mechanical adjuster).
