The SKY12242-492LF is a compact, integrated high-power single-pole double-throw (SPDT) switch with a driver circuit for TD-LTE applications. The device is powered by a single +5 V power supply with a single control voltage (0 to 3 V) switch. The device features low Tx and Rx insertion losses, high isolation, low DC power consumption, and requires very few external components to achieve a smaller PCB printing area.
