The SI5344H-D-GM is a high-frequency, ultra-low jitter attenuator with a digitally controlled oscillator. This dedicated jitter attenuation clock multiplier combines the fourth-generation DSPLL with ultra-low phase jitter and MultiSynth™ technology to achieve a high-data-rate coherent optical transceiver design. The SI5344H-D-GM can assign up to four outputs to the high-frequency mode and can reach up to 2.75 GHz under the typical phase jitter of 50 fs-rms (1 MHz-40 MHz). When increased frequency flexibility is required, each output can also be configured as an arbitrary frequency output for multi-synthesizer mode, such as clock forward error correction (FEC), while still providing <150 fs-rms typical phase jitter (12 kHz-20 MHz). The SI5344H-D-GM also features DCO control with a step control as low as 0.001 ppb and locks to the gap clock input.
