The SKY12245-492LF is a compact, integrated high-power single-pole double-throw (SPDT) PIN diode switch with a driver circuit for TDD-LTE and similar applications. The device is powered by a single +5 V power supply with a single control voltage (0 to 3 V) switch. By modifying the selected external SMT element, it can be tuned to a specific RF frequency band in the 0.3 to 4.2 GHz range.
