The BGC100GN6E6327XTSA1 wideband directional coupler IC is designed for 2G/3G/4G RF front-end applications. A bi-directional coupler is provided that can operate in one or more frequency bands between 0.6GHz and 2.7GHz. The coupled output contains a low-pass filter for 5 GHz ISM blocker suppression. The coupler has low insertion loss and high directivity. The coupler is controlled via GPIO pins and requires no external power blocking or RF decoupling capacitors.
