The BGA622H6820XTSA1 is a broadband low-noise amplifier based on Infineon Technologies' silicon-germanium technology B7HF. To provide a low-noise amplifier in a small package, the output pins are used for both RF output and on/off switching. This function can be realised with an RF choke on the output pin. The device turns on when the DC voltage is 0 V or open circuit and turns off when the DC voltage is VCC. When the device is off, it provides an insertion loss of 24 dB and an IIP3 of up to 20 dBm.
