The HMC463LH250TR is a GaAs MMIC pHEMT low noise AGC distributed amplifier in a sealed surface mount package. Packaged in a hermetically sealed surface mount package, the amplifier operates from 2 to 20 GHz and provides 13 gain, 3 dB noise figure, and 18 dBm output power with 1 dB gain compression. Output power is 18 dBm at 1 dB gain compression. optional gate bias (Vgg2) for adjustable gain control (AGC) is 8 dB typical. gain flatness Excellent gain flatness of ±0.5 dB over the 2 - 14 GHz range makes this device ideal for EW, ECM RADAR, test equipment, and high reliability applications.
