The HMC590LP5E is a high dynamic range GaAs pHEMT MMIC 1 watt power amplifier that operates from 6 to 9.5 GHz. the amplifier has a gain of 21 dB and a saturation power of +31 dBm and 23% PAE. this 50 ohm matched amplifier does not require any external components the RF inputs/outputs are dc-blocked for robust operation. the Idd should be set to 520 mA for applications requiring optimal OIP3. For applications requiring optimal OIP3, Idd should be set to 520 mA to produce +40 dBm OIP3, and for applications requiring optimal output P1dB, Idd should be set to 820 mA for +30 dBm output P1dB.
