The HMC385LP4E is a Gallium Arsenide InGaP Heterojunction Bipolar Transistor (HBT) MMIC VCO integrating a resonator, negative resistor, varactor diode, and buffer amplifier.The VCO has a phase noise range of 2.25 to 2.5 GHz and exhibits excellent performance over temperature, shock, vibration, and temperature change conditions. Phase noise performance is excellent over temperature, shock, vibration and process conditions due to the monolithic construction of the oscillator. Typical output power is 4.5 dBm with a single supply voltage of 3V @ 35m.
