The HMC7587-SX is an E-band gallium arsenide (GaAs) IC, monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC), in-phase/quadrature (I/Q) downconverter chip that operates from 81 GHz to 86 GHz. it provides 10 dB of small-signal conversion gain and 30 dB of large-signal conversion gain. With a gain of 10 dB, the image rejection across the band is 30 dBc. The device uses a low noise amplifier followed by an image rejection mixer.
