The HMC507LP5ETR is a Gallium Arsenide InGaP Heterojunction Bipolar Transistor (HBT) MMIC VCO that integrates a resonator, negative resistor, varactor diode, and half frequency output. The phase noise performance of these VCOs is excellent over temperature, shock, and process conditions. Output power is +13.5 dBm, +13.5dBm typical. The voltage controlled oscillator is available in a leadless QFN 5x5 mm surface mount package, eliminating the need for external matching components.
