The AD8354ACPZ is a broadband, fixed-gain linear amplifier that operates from 1 MHz to 2.7 GHz.It is suitable for a wide range of wireless devices, including cellular, broadband, CATV, and LMDS/LMDS applications. Taking advantage of ADI's high-performance complementary Si bipolar process, these gain blocks offer excellent stability. The amplifiers are single-ended, internally matched to 50 Ω, with return loss greater than 10 dB over the full operating frequency range, and provide nearly 4.3 dBm of linear output power and 20 dB of gain at 900 MHz when an external RF choke is connected between the output pins.
