The HMC392ALC4 is a GaAs MMIC low-noise amplifier that operates from 3.5 to 8.0 MHz. Packaged in a leadless 4x4 mm SMT package, the amplifier features 17 dB gain, 1.8 dB noise figure, and 34.5 dBm of power (+5V supply voltage). It can be used as a low-noise front-end or drive amplifier. The RF input and output pins are DC isolated and matched to 50 ohms for ease of use. Allows use of surface mount manufacturing techniques for high reliability military, industrial and space applications.
