The HMC504LC4B is a GaAs MMIC low noise broadband amplifier in a 4x4 mm leadless ceramic surface mount package. Operating between 14 and 27 GHz, the amplifier provides up to 19 dB of small-signal gain, 2.2 dB noise figure, and +26 dBm output IP3 from a +4V supply requiring only 90 mA. P1dB output power of up to +17 dBm allows the LNA to be used as a LO driver for a balanced, I/Q, or image-suppression mixer. It also features DC blocking and internally matched 50 ohm input/output interfaces.
