The ADL8111ACCZN is a low noise amplifier (LNA) with a non-reflective bypass switch that provides broadband operation from 10 MHz to 8000 MHz. The noise figure is as low as 2.8 dB, while the high output third-order intercept (OIP3) of 34 dBm provides a high dynamic range. Gain of 12.5 dB provides stability over frequency, temperature and power supply conditions, as well as inter-device stability. The integrated amplifier and two single-pole, four-throw (SP4T) non-reflective switches enable a wide range of gain and linearity values. The addition of the switches also provides high input intercept performance, preventing distortion in high signal level applications.
