The ADL8121ACPZN is a gallium arsenide (GaAs) monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC), pseudo-amorphous high electron mobility transistor (pHEMT), low-noise broadband amplifier operating from 0.025 GHz to 12 GHz. Operating from 0.025 GHz to 12 GHz, it provides 16.5 dB typical gain, 2.5 dB typical output third-order intercept (OIP3) of 36 dBm, and 36 dBm over the 0.025 GHz to 10 GHz frequency range, requiring only 95 mA of 5 V supply voltage. The saturated output power (PSAT) is 21.5 dBm typical over the 0.025 GHz to 10 GHz frequency range.
