The HMC8411LP2FE is a gallium arsenide (GaAs), monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC), pseudo-amorphous high electron mobility transistor (pHEMT), low noise broadband amplifier. Operating from 0.01 GHz to 10 GHz, with 15.5 dB typical gain, 1.7 dB typical noise figure, 34 dBm typical output third-order intercept (OIP3), and requiring only 55 mA of 5 V supply voltage. The saturated output power (PSAT) is 19.5 dBm typical, allowing the low noise amplifier (LNA) to be used as a local oscillator (LO) driver for image suppression mixers.
