The HMC451LC3TR is a high-efficiency GaAs PHEMTMMIC mid-power amplifier in a lead-free RoHS-compliant SMT package that provides 19 dB of gain and 21% PAE. The amplifier provides 19 dB of gain, +21 dBm of saturation power, and 21% PAE. This 50-ohm matched amplifier requires no external components and the RF input/output is DC blocked, making it an ideal linear gain block or driver for HMC SMCs. Surface mount manufacturing techniques are permitted.
