The HMC902LP3E is a GaAs MMI C low noise amplifier in a leadless 3x3 mm plastic surface mount package. The amplifier operates from 5 to 10 GHz and provides 19 dB of small-signal gain, 1.8 dB of noise, and 1.5 dB of low noise. a P1dB output power of +16 dBm enables the LNA to act as a LO driver for balanced amplifiers. The inputs/outputs are DC blockable and internally matched to 50 ohms, making them ideal for high volume microwave radio and C-band VSAT applications.
