The HMC1082LP4ETR is a GaAs pHEMT MMIC driver amplifier with an integrated temperature-compensated on-chip power detector that operates from 5.5 to 18 GHz. The amplifier has a gain of 22 dB and an output IP3 of +35 dBm. Output power with gain compression is +24 dBm and the +5V supply draws 220 mA. It is capable of delivering a saturated output power of +26 dBm with a PAE of 26, and it is available in a compact leadless 4x4 mm plastic surface mount package.
