The MAX25614BATI/VY is a high current infrared LED/VCSEL driver for automotive Driver Monitoring systems (DMS). This IC can drive infrared LED/VCSEL strings up to 35V with input supply voltages from 4.5V to 36V. The MAX25614 drives up to 10A peak current to the infrared transmitter. It is designed for applications where infrared emitters typically turn pulses on and off at 60Hz or at the shutter speed of the corresponding image sensor.
