The TLD2314EL is a three-channel high side driver IC with an integrated output stage designed to control LEDs up to 120 mA. The device is designed to control LEDs with currents up to 120 mA. In a typical automotive application, the device is capable of driving 3 red LEDs per channel (9 LEDs in total) at currents up to 60 mA, with current capability limited by thermal cooling. Output current control is virtually independent of load and supply voltage variations.

Exterior LED lighting applications such as tail/brake lights, turn indicators, position lights, side marker lights, etc.
