The MAX20330AEWA is an ID detection IC that detects the ID resistor value when enabled. The device automatically adjusts the detection current to detect a wide range while maintaining a low average supply current. Factory mode with direct measurement of system or battery current is supported. The device protects the internal power supply from overvoltage protection on the ID pin. The device is available in an 8-bump (0.35 mm pitch, 1.77 mm x 1.03 mm) wafer level package (WLP) and operates over the -40°C to +40°C temperature range.
