The P8900-W0Z001FNG8 is a power management IC (PMIC) specifically designed for typical DDR5 RDIMM, DDR5 LRDIMM and DDR5 applications. This PMIC features 4 step-down switching regulators and 3 LDO regulators. The P8900-W0Z001FNG8 is designed to support power up to 15W. The switching regulator is powered by the VIN_Bulk input, while the rest of the PMIC is powered by the VIN_Mgmt input. The P8900-W0Z001FNG8 supports optional interfaces (I²C or I3C) to adapt to various application environments.
