Spd5118-y1b000ncg8 is a serial detection Hub (SPD Hub) chip specially designed for DDR5 memory modules, conforming to the JEDEC SPD5118 standard. It is mainly used as a communication hub between memory modules and system master control devices, and integrates temperature monitoring functions to ensure system stability.
