The P8911-Y0Z001FNG8 is a power management IC (PMIC) specifically designed for laptops, desktops and embedded computing platforms. This PMIC enables the next-generation client platform to fully utilize DDR5 memory, reducing the overall system power consumption while achieving higher performance, capacity and reliability. The P8911-Y0Z001FNG8 has been optimized based on the previously released P8900 server PMIC to meet the specific requirements of client and embedded application Spaces. Compared with P8900, the package area of P8911-Y0Z001FNG8 has been reduced by 50%, and it also features power supply characteristics specifically customized for small memory modules, which can be installed in systems that use battery power for a long time.
