The ADUM320N0WBRZ are dual channel digital isolators based on Analog Devices' iCoupler® technology. These isolation elements combine high-speed, complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) and monolithic air-core transformer technology with excellent performance characteristics and comply with the CISPR 32/EN 55032 Class B 5 Mbps limit. Maximum propagation delay is 10 ns and pulse width distortion is less than 3 ns at an operating voltage of 5 V. Channel matching is 3.0 ns maximum.

The ADUM320N0WBRZ data channels are self-contained, available in a variety of configurations, and rated at 5.7 kV RMS and 3.0 kV RMS. The device operates with supply voltages ranging from 2.25 V to 5.5 V on both sides of the device, providing compatibility with lower voltage systems and enabling voltage conversion across the barrier.
