The ADCA3990AMLZ is a power multiplier hybrid module in an industry standard SOT115J package. By using advanced circuit design techniques, the device can achieve very high RF outputs, up to 76.8 dBmV of composite power, or 67 dBmV virtual level, such as gallium arsenide (GaAs) pseudo-crystalline high electron mobility transistor (pHEMT) die and gallium nitride (GaN) HEMT die. The DC supply and supply voltage can be externally adjusted to achieve better distortion performance and power consumption over a range of output levels.
