The ADCA3280ACEZ is a power multiplier with 22.7 dB power gain at 1794 MHz designed for operation in 24 V applications. The amplifier can also operate at lower supply voltages with excellent efficiency, as shown in Figures 10, 17, and 20. The device achieves high RF outputs with total composite power (TCP) up to 75 dBmV, excellent noise-to-power ratios (NPR) or equivalent modulation error ratios (MER), and channel loads up to 1.8 GHz and 1.2 GHz, making it ideally suited for use as an output stage device for DOCSIS 4.0 and DOCSIS 3.1 devices. The DC current and supply voltage can be externally adjusted to achieve excellent distortion performance and power consumption over the output level range.The ADCA3280ACEZ delivers high performance that helps simplify the design and manufacture of DOCSIS 3.1 and DOCSIS 4.0 infrastructure devices.
