The HMC752LC4 is a GaAs MMIC low-noise wideband amplifier, featuring a pin-free 4x4mm ceramic surface mount package. The operating frequency range of this amplifier is 24 to 28 GHz, providing a small-signal gain of up to 25 dB, a noise figure of 2.5 dB, and an output IP3 of +26 dBm. Meanwhile, the power consumption when using a +3V power supply is only 70 mA.

The P1dB output power of up to +13 dBm enables the LNA to be used as the LO driver for balanced, I/Q or image suppression mixers. The HMC752LC4 also features DC blocking I/O and is internally matched with 50 Ohms, making it highly suitable for high-capacity microwave radio or VSAT applications.
