The RFFM4227TR13 is a low noise amplifier (LNA) designed specifically for Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n systems. The integrated input and output 50-ohm matching minimises layout area in customer applications, reducing bill of materials and manufacturing costs. Performance focuses on the balance between low noise and gain, resulting in improved receive sensitivity.

The RFFM4227TR13 incorporates a bypass path for defined gain steps. The device is available in a 1.6mm x 1.6mm x 0.5mm 6-pin DFN package.
