The ADL5725ACPZN is a narrowband, high-performance, low-noise amplifier designed for microwave wireless link receivers. The single-chip silicon germanium (SiGe) design is optimised for the microwave wireless link frequency band from 17.7 GHz to 19.7 GHz. This unique design offers a single-ended 50 Ω input impedance and a 100 Ω balanced differential output, making it ideal for driving ADI's differential downconverters and RF sampling analogue-to-digital converters (ADCs). This low-noise amplifier delivers noise figure performance that was previously achievable only with extremely expensive III-V compound semiconductor processes.
