The gain of ADL8109ACPZN is 15 dB, the output power of 1dB compression (OP1dB) is 16 dBm, the typical output third-order intercept (OIP3) is 28 dBm, and the noise figure from 8 GHz to 18 GHz is 3 dB. This LNA operates at a power supply voltage of 5 V (V DD) and has a nominal quiescent current of 110 mA (IDQ). The ADL8109ACPZN also features internally matched RF inputs and outputs up to 50 Ω.
