The ADL8102ACPZN is a gallium arsenide (GaAs), single-chip microwave integrated circuit (MMIC), pseudocrystalline high electron mobility transistor (pHEMT), low-noise broadband amplifier that operates over the frequency range of 1 GHz to 22 GHz.

Over the 9 GHz to 19 GHz range, the ADL8102ACPZN provides 27 dB typical gain, 2.5 dB typical noise figure, 25 dBm typical output third-order intermodulation cutoff (OIP3) over the 1 GHz to 9 GHz range, and up to 15.5 dBm saturated output power (PSAT), while consuming only 110 mA with a 5 V supply voltage. The ADL8102ACPZN also features internally matched 50 Ω inputs and outputs, internal AC coupling on both the RFIN and RFOUT pins, and an integrated bias inductor, making it ideally suited for high-volume microwave radio applications based on surface mount technology (SMT).

The ADL8102ACPZN is available in a RoHS-compliant 3 mm × 3 mm, 16-pin LFCSP package.
