The LT4320IN8 is an ideal diode bridge controller driving four N-channel MOSFETs to support voltage rectification from DC to typically 600Hz. Typical frequencies are DC to 600 Hz. The ideal diode bridge circuit simplifies power supply design and reduces power consumption by maximising available voltage and minimising power dissipation. Simplified power supply design reduces power supply costs, especially in low-voltage applications. Ideal diode bridges also eliminate thermal design issues, expensive heat sinks, and significantly reduce PC board area.
