The AD4001BRMZ is a high-accuracy, high-speed, low-power product, 16-bit, easy-to-drive, precision successive approximation register (SAR) analogue-to-digital converter (ADC) that operates from a single supply VDD. The reference voltage, VREF, is externally applied and can be set independently. The reference voltage VREF is externally supplied and can be set independently of the supply voltage. The Easy Drive feature reduces signal chain complexity and power consumption while achieving higher channel density. Reduced input current, especially in high-Z mode, combined with longer signal acquisition phases, eliminates the need for a dedicated ADC driver.
