The ADS1119IPWR is a 16-bit precision analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that integrates all the features required to implement common system monitoring functions such as power supply voltage, current and temperature monitoring. This device achieves two differential inputs or four single-ended inputs through a flexible input multiplexer (MUX), rail-to-rail input buffer, programmable gain stage, voltage reference and oscillator.

This device is equipped with a buffer and can be directly connected to a high-impedance source. The buffer can provide gain stages, with optional gains of 1 and 4. The ADS1119IPWR can stably perform conversions in a single cycle at a data rate of up to 1,000 samples per second (SPS). For industrial applications in noisy environments, when the sampling frequency is 20SPS, the digital filter can simultaneously meet the requirements of suppression at both 50Hz and 60Hz.
