The ADS9110IRGER is an 18-bit, 2MSPS, single-channel (SAR) analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with an enhanced serial peripheral interface (SPI), produced by (TI), and has standard values of ± 0.5LSB INL and 100dB SNR under typical operating conditions. Its high throughput enables developers to oversampling the input signal, thereby enhancing the dynamic range and accuracy of the measurement.

The ADS9110IRGER supports single-pole fully differential analog input signals and adopts an external reference voltage ranging from 2.5V to 5V, providing a wide input selection range without the need for additional input adjustment.
