The ADPA9002ACGZN is a gallium arsenide (GaAs) pseudo-crystalline high electron mobility transistor (pHEMT) microwave monolithic integrated circuit (MMIC) power amplifier that operates over the frequency range of DC to 10 GHz. The amplifier delivers 15 dB of gain, 42 dBm of OIP3, and 31.5 dBm of saturated output power (PSAT) and requires only 12 V operating voltage and 385 mA operating current. The ADPA9002ACGZN is self-biased in normal operation and has an optional bias control for supply quiescent current (IDQ) tuning. Suitable for military and aerospace as well as test equipment applications, the ADPA9002ACGZN also features internally matched inputs and outputs down to 50 Ω, and is available in a RoHS-compliant 5 mm × 5 mm LFCSP pre-fabricated cavity package that is compatible with high-volume surface-mount technology (SMT) assembly equipment.
