The ADUM161N1BRZ 5-channel/6-channel digital isolator has a maximum 13ns propagation delay and pulse width distortion of less than 4.5ns at 5V operating voltage.The isolator features high common-mode transient rejection of 100kV/µs and tight channel matching of 4ns maximum. The data channels are independent of each other and can be configured differently. Guaranteed data rates up to 150Mbps and rated for 3kVrms. The isolator can withstand injection noise in excess of 3kVpk without interference, thus ensuring reliable data transmission in harsh and noisy environments.
