The ADUM4401CRIZ are four-channel digital isolators using ADI's iCoupler® technology. These isolators combine high-speed CMOS with single-chip air-core transformer technology to provide outstanding performance characteristics that outperform alternatives such as optocouplers and other integrated couplers.

The ADUM4401CRIZ isolators provide four independent isolation channels and support multiple channel configurations and data rates. Operating from a 3.0 V to 5.5 V supply voltage, it is compatible with low-voltage systems and can perform voltage conversion functions across the barrier.
