The ADUM1442ARQZ is a micro-power, 4-channel digital isolator using ADI's iCoupler® technology. This isolation device combines high-speed complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) and single-chip air-core transformer technology with outstanding performance characteristics that outperform alternative devices such as optocouplers.

The ADUM1442ARQZ quad 2.5 kV digital isolator is available in a small, 16-pin QSOP package, which saves nearly 70 percent of board space compared to isolators in wide-body SOIC packages.
